"Nice shoes, frustrating exchange"
I actually liked the shoes, but the exchange process was more annoying than it should’ve been. The sizing was off, so I reached out to swap them, and it took days just to get a clear answer. I had to follow up a couple of times, and everything just felt really slow. Not saying it’s a scam, but for what these cost, I expected the process to be way smoother. I’d probably only order again if I was completely sure about the size.

"Returning It Was Way More Hassle Than Expected"
I’m giving this 1 star because the return process was a pain. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I felt like I kept having to follow up just to figure out what was going on, which is never fun, especially when you’re already annoyed about having to return something.

Maybe other people had an easier time, who knows, but for me it was slow, confusing, and just not worth the stress. I’d definitely think twice before ordering again, which is a shame because I really didn’t expect the return part to be such a headache.

"Not really my style"
I wasn’t a big fan of the designs. They felt a bit messy to me, and I was expecting something cleaner and more put together. The colors and layout kind of felt all over the place, and nothing really jumped out in a good way. I did reach out to support, and they were basically like, “the style can feel different depending on personal taste,” which is fair, but it just didn’t work for me. Maybe other people will like it, but it wasn’t my thing at all.

"Color Wasn’t Quite What I Expected"
I ordered a pair of shoes from thehoffbrand.com, they’re fine overall. They fit okay and still look decent, so I’m keeping them. But I’m a little suspicious about the product photos because the color on the site looked like a soft beige, and in person they’re definitely darker with more of a grey tone. It’s not awful or anything, just not really what I thought I was buying. I wish the pictures were more accurate.

My order showed up in this super thin box with barely any padding inside, so everything was just rattling around the whole way. A few corners ended up bent, which was really frustrating. What made it more annoying was getting one of those canned, copy-paste apologies afterward instead of feeling like anyone actually looked into it

I really liked the way these shoes looked online, but once they arrived, I was disappointed. For the price, I expected the quality to feel a lot better, and they were much stiffer than I thought they’d be. I also wish the instructions or details about fit and break-in time were clearer, because I wasn’t sure if they were supposed to feel this uncomfortable at first. i wouldn’t buy them again unless they were heavily discounted.

I was expecting slightly better quality for the price. The fabric feels thin, and after just a short time, I noticed some of the stitching is already starting to come loose. It’s not terrible, but it doesn’t feel as durable or well-made as I had hoped.

I ordered two tops in the same size because I was in a bit of a rush and figured they’d fit the same. Unfortunately, one ended up being really tight and the other was kind of loose. It was frustrating because I actually liked the style, but the sizing was just too inconsistent.

"Sizing issue got fixed, but the tone wasn’t great"
I had a problem with the sizing and it took a few emails back and forth to get it sorted. They did fix it in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it wasn’t exactly quick. What bothered me more was that some of the replies felt a bit like they were talking down to me, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be

I’ve tried to order twice now and somehow my size was gone both times, which is annoying. Like, I get that stuff sells out, but it’s frustrating when you finally go to buy it and nope, not available again. I just wish they’d restock a little faster because I actually do want to order.

"Couldn’t wear them for long"
I really wanted these to work. Tried them on, walked around for a bit, and at first they seemed okay. But after about an hour… nope. My feet started hurting and I just wanted to take them off. Not comfortable for me at all

"Absolutely zero support in the soles"
I’m completely sure these have basically no support in the soles. They feel super flat, and after walking around for a bit, my feet were definitely hurting. If you need any kind of cushioning or arch support, these are not it.
